01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6jl7 online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, tools, and services made available at https://6jl7.net ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6jl7 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

02 Eligibility

Age Requirement

03 Account Registration

Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on 6jl7, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6jl7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. 6jl7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active 6jl7 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

6jl7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. 6jl7 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your 6jl7 wallet instantly upon successful transfer confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to be credited, depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• 6jl7 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 6jl7 account holder.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as specified in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC procedures.
• 6jl7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including for large-value transactions.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days, subject to verification status and payment method.

Currency

All transactions on 6jl7 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion is applied on the platform side. Amounts displayed in your wallet and on game interfaces represent PHP values unless explicitly stated otherwise.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

6jl7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of promotion and take precedence over general Terms where they differ.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bets placed during bonus wagering that exceed the maximum allowed bet per the promotion terms will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• 6jl7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or other real-time gaming session, the outcome of the round in progress will be determined according to the rules of the applicable game as if the round had continued normally. 6jl7 is not liable for losses attributable to network interruptions on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6jl7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game behaviour to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Using the platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without written authorisation from 6jl7.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN or proxy services.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details during KYC verification.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6jl7 staff or other players in any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 6jl7.

All third-party game titles, logos, and branding displayed on 6jl7 (including those of JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other providers) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Platform does not grant you any rights over such intellectual property.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 6jl7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

6jl7 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 6jl7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits 6jl7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

6jl7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and during the course of your use of the Platform — including identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction records, and gaming activity logs — may be retained by 6jl7 for the period required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012).

12 Amendments to These Terms

6jl7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 6jl7 will notify registered players by email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 6jl7 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the first instance, 6jl7 encourages players to resolve any disputes informally by contacting our customer support team, who will endeavour to address your concern promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek resolution through the appropriate regulatory channels provided by PAGCOR.
